The company is looking to expand into major cities; its current stock of five hotels, a total of some 911 rooms, are all located in or around Roses on the Costa Brava. These five hotels are Coral Platja Hotel, Goya Park Hotel, Mar Y Sol Hotel, Sant Marc Hotel and Victoria Hotel. The company has a total of seven subsidiary companies. Two of these are Nagueles Inmobiliaria Mediterranea SL and Prestige Design SL. Nagueles Inmobiliaria Mediterranea is a land developer and subdivider while Prestige Design is engaged in the construction and renovation of hotels.
